Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave oven on low, stirring regularly. Chocolate shouldn’t be too hot. Set aside.
Step 4
In another bowl, beat butter, sugar, and eggs. Heat milk in microwave until just warm. Add milk, yogurt, and vanilla to sugar mixture and mix well to combine.
Step 5
Make sure chocolate isn’t too hot and sugar mixture isn’t too cold. If not, wait a bit or chocolate will harden. Add chocolate to mixture and mix well.
Step 6
Incorporate dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Step 7
Pour batter into a bundt pan and bake for 35 minutes. Check cake doneness with a toothpick. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before turning onto serving dish, then let cool completely.
Step 8
Melt chocolate with icing ingredients in double boiler or microwave on low, mix until smooth, and pour over cake.
Step 9
Garnish centre of cake with berries. Sprinkle with icing sugar if you like and serve.
