What might a typical day look like?

As a pastry chef-decorator, you will have to :

  • respond to customers' needs and special requests by providing quality products that exceed their expectations;
  • promote sales in the bakery department by innovating and ensuring exceptional product variety and freshness;
  • plan production efficiently to produce a quantity that meets the needs of the establishment;
  • plan and control dry goods and perishable purchases to optimize quality, product production and profits.
