- Step 1
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set half of the sauce aside in a small bowl. Add chicken to remaining sauce and coat well.
- Step 2
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Grill chicken for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 77°C (170°F) when inserted in the thickest part or juice is clear, turning often.
- Step 3
- Place chicken on a cutting board or tray. Pour remaining lemon herb sauce over chicken to serve.
