puffed quinoa or rice

Zest from 1 orange
Pinch of salt
Coating
1/4 cup
almond powder
60 ml

Directions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Form balls with 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of the mixture. Coat in almond powder.
