- Step 1
- For the chicken: Heat the grill and grill the breasts over indirect heat for about 15 minutes, turning to create visible marks.
- Step 2
- Tomatoes: Coat the clusters of tomatoes on the vine with olive oil and grill on the barbecue 10 minutes per side.
- Step 3
- Peaches: Grill peach halves 5 minutes per side.
- Step 4
- Plate chicken breast with the bocconcini and the grilled tomatoes and peaches. Sprinkle with fresh basil, season with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
