Description
It just wouldn’t be summer without sweet corn!
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb
- soft butter
- 225 g
- 2 tbsp
- steak seasoning
- 30 ml
- 3 tbsp
- chopped chives
- 45 ml
- 12
- ears corn, shucked except for half the husk, silk removed
Directions
- Step 1
- In a bowl, combine butter, steak seasoning, and chives. Mould into a square, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Step 2
- Bring a large pot of unsalted water to a boil. Plunge ears and husks* into the water and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Step 3
- Serve corn hot with seasoned butter.
- Step 4
- *Husks add flavour to ears of corn.
